Due to the nature of our product we CANNOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS  after a purchase has been made. No Exceptions. 

We provide the service on a best-effort basis, probably better and more reliably than any other IPTV provider.

UAE, KSA, and UK customers MUST use a VPN to use the service.  ISPs in those countries do actively throttle and block IPTV streams.

We have been in this business for several years now. We have redundant servers, more than required bandwidth and offer superior stability and availability,

but we are not in control of the whole internet. Some interruptions and channel changes can and will happen.
